Your responsibilities will be to support customers via phone, e-mails and chats, and closely work together with the team to find solutions for customers!

 

Requirements: 

  • Fluent Danish language in spoken and written (C1 language level)
  • Good Norwegian language in spoken and written is considered as an advantage
  • Good command of English (the common company language)
  • Excellent communication skills, especially telephone manner
  • Interest in problem solution and good computer skills

Work time: Monday-Friday, from 08:30 AM till 18:00 PM (depending on the market)

Location: Work from office in Tallinn or Tartu, with possibility to work from home later.
