As an Accounting Assistant within the Accounts Payable Team at our client, you will provide support through a positive and professional attitude. You will address various issues in your daily work with optimal and proactive attention to users.

Responsibilities: 

  • Daily admin of supplier invoices and payments
  • Follow established routines and processes according to our management system
  • Notify deviations and suggest improvements to the management system
  • Reconciliation of Accounts payable accounts

Personal Skills: 

  • Is structured, solution-oriented, meticulous and has a good level of service
  • Together with your colleagues, be involved in developing and digitizing processes
  • Service comes naturally to you and you like numbers and working against deadlines
  • Has a post-secondary education in finance administration
  • Accounting knowledge is a requirement
  • Language proficiency: Professional level of both Swedish & English

 

What you will be doing:

  • Registration of supplier invoices
  • Register the invoices with correct account number, cost center and purchase order number
  • Making sure the supplier invoices are approved in time for month closing and before the invoices are due.
  • Register new suppliers and update supplier register
  • Supplier payments and admin
  • Handle reminders and collection errands
  • Register Fixed assets
  • Monthly closing of supplier ledger
  • Handle different VAT issues on supplier invoices
  • Contact with suppliers on invoice errors
