New and exciting opportunity for a fast-growing iGaming client with brand new offices in Portomaso! 

Our client is looking for a skilled Senior VIP Account Manager with a passion for iGaming to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing high-value accounts and providing top-quality customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with Potential VIP customers, providing them with an exceptional level of service, and maximizing revenue for the company.


  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with Potential VIP customers
  • Managing high-value accounts and ensuring that they receive a premium service
  • Maximizing revenue by identifying opportunities
  • Managing and resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
  • Working closely with other departments, such as the CRM and marketing teams, to provide a seamless experience for Potential VIP customers
  • Providing regular reports on the performance of VIP accounts to senior management


  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with Potential VIP customers
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
  • Experience in managing high-value accounts and driving revenue growth
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Fluency in English (German is an advantage)
  • A passion for the iGaming industry and a desire to provide a premium service to Potential VIP customers
