We are now looking for a Norwegian speaking HR Administrator for our client in Riga, Latvia! Are you passionate about HR and want to join a global technology and consulting company? Apply today!  

We are looking for a person that can speak Norwegian at a fluent level both written and spoken, and someone with 2-4 years’ experience in HR or similar fields.

Scope of position

As an HR administrator with our client, your role will be to offer HR support to the organization and being a positive and professional supporting role. You will have attention to the several issues faced in your daily work, always favoring attention to users in an optimal and proactive way.

Responsibilities

  • HR Admin
  • Daily admin of HR Admin worktasks
  • Follow established routines and processes according to our management system
  • Notify deviations and suggest improvements to the management system
  • Handle errands incoming through email or phonecall
  • Issue service ceritficates
  • Issue work certificates
  • Apply for approval from Länsstyrelsen
  • Onboarding of employees
  • Registration in Hogia P or Hogia Payroll
  • Admin of changes in employment conditions
  • Off boarding of employees
  • Off boarding at Länsstyrelsen
  • Send out 12 months letter
  • AFA
  • Application and cancelling SIS-ID
  • Upload and save documents in Hogia Personal

  • You are structured, solution-oriented, meticulous and have a good level of service
  • Together with your colleagues, you are involved in developing and digitizing HR Admin
  • Service comes naturally to you and you like numbers and working against deadlines
  • You have a post-secondary education in HR administration
