Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and nurture the VIP, PVIP, and Reactivation teams to foster excellence and collaboration.
Training and Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance team skills and customer service.
VIP Program Management: Develop and execute strategies to attract, retain, and reactivate VIP customers, optimizing their experiences.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP customers, addressing their needs and concerns.
Reporting and Analysis: Monitor KPIs, utilize data-driven insights, and manage budgets for effective VIP operations.

Qualifications:

Proven iGaming industry experience in VIP management.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Strong data analysis capabilities.
Results-driven with problem-solving skills.
