What will you do?
Provide inbound support in Danish via phone, chat, and email
Respond to customer inquiries and document relevant case information
Ensure high customer satisfaction
Assist with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical issues
Manage escalations and accurately document interactions
Collaborate with technicians to resolve or close tickets
Maintain the internal ticketing system in English
Represent the brand and uphold its values in every customer interaction
Candidate profile
Native-level Danish language skills (C2) and proficiency in English
Experience in technical troubleshooting is a plus
Excellent communication skills to simplify technical concepts for users
PC literacy and familiarity with Google Docs and Sheets
Strong wireless troubleshooting ability
Patience, confidentiality, and attention to detail
Relocation package: 12 months of shared accommodation + flight reimbursement + administrative support
