About the job
You will be responsible for reviewing text-based chatbot responses marked as unacceptable by users, using policies and guidelines to determine whether the responses were offensive or harmful.
You will visually review text-based content and escalate policy violations using internal tools.
You may be required to review content that ranges from mild to highly sensitive topics.
You will work as part of a global team, with colleagues based in Poland, Ireland, Portugal, and Morocco.
Your profile
Fluent in Danish, both written and spoken.
Strong IT and computer skills.
Sympathetic and empathetic.
Ability to work in teams and spread positive energy.
Flexible and quick to learn.
