We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Administrative Coordinator in Malaga who can work independently and manage a wide range of tasks with high efficiency. You will be responsible for receiving and handling customer inquiries via email and phone, as well as ensuring the smooth daily operation of the office.

Responsibilities:
- Receive and handle customer inquiries via email and phone
- Plan and coordinate meetings and events
- Manage the calendar and appointments for management
- Prepare and edit documents and presentations
- Maintain the office's administrative systems and procedures
- Support management with various ad hoc tasks
- Manage office supplies and materials
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Danish and advanced English skills required.
- EU passport
- Experience in customer service and administrative work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Flexible and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
