​Anastasia is a certified career coach and a freelance recruiter. Her career path has always been anything but linear — she has spent the past 9 years mentoring individuals through various stages of their personal and professional development. Over the last 6 years, she has specialized in Human Resources & Recruitment, working across diverse industries to support talent acquisition, career growth, and organizational development. She has worked anywhere from prominent NGOs (Open Society Foundations) to Big Tech (Microsoft). From Japan to Brazil (and a few stops in between), her background in Japanese Studies and Sociology and life across Germany, Spain, Austria, and beyond has shaped a global and intercultural perspective. One fun fact about her: she has a very large collection of perfumes (which is one of her most recent hobbies) and she loves creating content about it.
