We are looking for Norwegian-speaking people who want to work with customer service in beautiful Lithuania. The office is in Kaunas, but you can work from home from other cities in Lithuania. Your role

  • Provide assistance to customers via several different channels in Norwegian and English (live chat and telephone)
  • Contribute to a dynamic and extremely fast-growing team
  • You will have the opportunity to work from home anywhere in Lithuania (or at our office in Kaunas), we will provide equipment for work and education

Your characteristics

  • Good knowledge of Norwegian, both orally and in writing
  • Good knowledge in English
  • Outgoing and enjoys talking to people
  • Service-oriented and customer-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and have a "go-getter" attitude
  • Team player
  • Ready to work in shifts between 09:00 - 02:00
