We are now looking for a Danish Speaking Quality Analyst for Content Moderator to Lisbon!
You will be working with the world´s leading platform for short videos made on smartphones. Their mission is to capture and share the creativity, knowledge, and important moments of daily life. This platform is the home of creative videos, which cater for authentic, inspiring, and fun experiences with offices all over the world!
Your Role
Are you engaged with social media and believe that the internet should be safe for everyone? Are you focused in continuous improvement and standardization of working procedures? Are you analytical and keen on finding the root cause of performance issues? Then you are the Quality Analyst that we are looking for!
Responsibility
Identifying and suggesting improvement opportunities;
Ensuring the success of preventive and corrective actions;
Promoting actions to optimize the achievement of Key Performance Indicators;
Providing one-to-one coaching to Agents (aligned with the Supervisors) and identifying training needs.
Your Profile
Fluency in English (minimum B2 level);
Native or near native Danish speaker;
Interest and passion for Quality (experience is a plus);
Solid experience in contact center, understands contact center business and trends;
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Statistics is a plus;
