Job description

Our client has been the #1 Language Solutions Provider for the iGaming industry since 2008 with over 80 languages on offer. They are now hiring a Head of Sales to help them support their continuous growth. The role is very hands-on and suits someone that really enjoys networking, being at the heart of the business and can bring new ideas for existing practices.

The HoS’s main responsibilities are:

  • Establishing and fostering relationships with key clients and partners in the iGaming industry;
  • Setting up and developing the company’s sales strategy and objectives;
  • Scaling the business, developing and growing revenue streams;
  • Managing a team of 3 and working collaboratively across other departments, mainly marketing and operations;
  • Travelling to trade fairs and events regularly;
  • Maintaining an expert knowledge of current industry trends.

Preferred background:

  • Experienced sales professional with a successful track record of selling into the iGaming industry;
  • Previous experience in working in a multinational and multilingual environment;
  • Previous experience in managing and coaching a sales team;
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while also developing new business opportunities;
  • Fluent business English, other languages are a plus;
  • Strong communication, leadership and negotiation skills;
  • Personal interest or experience in one or more of our sectors: iGaming, sportsbetting, sports, esports, FinTech.

Where will you work from? Malta. We may also consider remote work elsewhere in Europe or at our headquarter in Porto, Portugal.
