We are now looking for a Growth Marketing Manager for Ferratum tribe. 

The ideal candidate

  • Has a fluent level of understanding, speaking and writing in Norwegian and efficient in English
  • Has 4+ years of hands-on experience in business development and commercial marketing (preferably in FinTech, financial institutions, banking or insurance)
  • Has wide experience with local dependencies and marketing regulations for banking products and with digital products and/or services in the financial segment in Norway
  • Is aware of customer/market needs and keeps the customer at the center of their activities
  • Excels at setting & agreeing on boundaries & targets and drives the execution
  • Has a curious mind and maintains an effective (external) network to market the product
  • Has great knowledge of tweaking credit products to the market interests and needs
  • Is thrilled and experienced in achieving growth within digital channels
  • Can identify opportunities where others see business as usual

Key responsibilities

  • Defining, leading, and executing customer acquisition, marketing and customer base growth initiatives
  • Developing short and long term strategies for product development
  • Bringing local touch and understanding of marketing and product strategies
  • Manage the channel mix & marketing budget with planning & control
  • Managing marketing KPIs and having a proactive approach in driving changes to meet the KPIs
  • Managing and tracking ROMI metrics
  • Identifying and engaging key partners to develop new, meaningful and profitable partnerships
  • Analyzing market trends and driving changes to market strategies based on analyzes and feedback
  • Working closely with our product, risk, legal and IT teams to develop the product and to seek new business opportunities
  • Pinpointing and working on acquiring the right customer segments
  • Planning and execution of marketing programs both for acquisition and retention across various channels in cooperation with colleagues, channel experts and external partners within affiliates, brokers, SEM, SEO, Social, VOD
  • Communication with customers through marketing automation (CRM), PR, etc.
  • Daily monitoring of partnerships & brokers' performance to ensure optimum results
  • Ensuring that global brand image and position are properly maintained in the country and the markets covered by the squad
  • Working closely together with UX / UI chapter on onboarding improvements
  • Participating in the daily scrums, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews and retrospectives
