Our client:

Our client has a big plan to strategically grow in their existing markets, whilst penetrating new and exciting markets around the world!

The Role:

You will join the existing affiliate team and be a key member in expanding in the current markets (UK, IE, NO, FI, AT, CA, NZ) along with identifying and penetrating new markets (IN, BR, LATAM). The job will initially be office based. You will also be expected to travel and attend conferences several times a year.

As Affiliate Manager, you can expect to:

  • Identify and recruit new affiliates in the target markets
  • Oversee and manage the existing affiliate portfolios for all brands
  • Aim to deliver on personal KPIs, whilst monitoring the performance of affiliates on a regular basis and providing a proactive, positive, and effective relationship with our affiliates.
  • Monitor the marketing spend of individual affiliates and the affiliate portfolio assigned to you, in line with agreed budget targets
  • Put together strategies to identify and penetrate new and exciting markets
  • Work on projects that improve existing processes and help drive innovation within the affiliate program.
  • Attend industry events and keep updated on industry trends that impact on the program and the business.
  • Perform market and competitor program research as required.
  • Any other reasonable tasks necessary for you to carry out your role effectively and efficiently.

  • A people person, like to meet new people, happy to pick up the phone, etc.
  • Experience in either online casinos, sales, account management or digital marketing.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal, English communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, such as Excel and PowerPoint
  • Speaking a second language that fits with the companies’ main markets will be considered a huge plus.
