Affiliate Coordinator – entry level position

  • Report directly to the head of affiliate
  • Responsible for the overall coordination of affiliate accounts
  • Monitor affiliate on line activity and ensure compliance
  • Manage, monitor, and update the company's affiliates systems with relevant information, marketing material, deals etc.
  • Handle troubleshooting relating to the affiliates systems
  • Communicate daily with various internal department to solve technical and other issues
  • Escalate matters to the Head of Affiliate
  • Provide technical and other support to VIP affiliates
  • Perform ongoing analysis of affiliates
  • Handle administrative tasks of the Department
  • Work with CRM and VIP teams to enhance the player’s experience for our Top performing affiliates
  • Work with Affiliate compliance team to meet compliance requirements
  • Answer Affiliate queries and provide consistent support and optimisation assistance
  • Work directly with internal operations to implement tracking, xml feeds, testing, JIRA tickets and other tech integration within existing systems
  • Provide copy for external mailers, banners and text keys when possible
  • Help execute and participate in industry shows and events
  • Carry out competitor analysis on an ongoing basis

 

Requirements

  • Fluent in written and spoken English with strong communication skills (any additional languages will be considered a plus!)
  • Sound understanding of the iGaming industry
  • Excellent project management and time management skills
  • Computer literate with excellent knowledge of MS Excel - a must
  • Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Strong attention to details
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Motivated team player
  • Self-starter, with a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Optimistic and love a challenge and able to adapt fast to rapidly changing industry and company
