As an Accounting Assistant within the Accounts Receivable, Cash, and Expense Team at our client, you will provide support through a positive and professional attitude. You will address various issues in your daily work with optimal and proactive attention to users.

Responsibilities: 

- Daily Administration: Manage accounts receivable, dunning, and expense processes daily.
- Process Adherence: Follow established routines and processes as outlined in our management system.
- Improvement Suggestions: Notify deviations and suggest improvements to the management system.
- Reconciliation: Reconcile bank and accounts receivable balances.

Personal Skills: 

- Structured and Solution-Oriented: You are organized and focus on finding solutions.
- Meticulous: Attention to detail is crucial.
- Service-Oriented: Service comes naturally to you; you enjoy working with numbers and meeting deadlines.
- Educational Background: Post-secondary education in finance administration.
- Accounting Knowledge: Accounting knowledge is required
- Language proficiency: Professional level of both Swedish & English

What you will be doing:

- Register Bankfile: Manage customer payments through bank files.
- Manual Account Bookings: Handle manual account entries.
- Payment and Casefile Management: Oversee payments and manage case files.
- Svea Inkasso Errands: Manage errands related to Svea inkasso.
- Manual Payments: Process manual payments.
- Expense Administration and Payment: Administer and process expenses.
- Collection Administration: Coordinate with third-party supplier Svea for collections.
- Customer Debts Accrual: Accrue customer debts accurately.
- Monthly Closing: Perform monthly closing of accounts receivable.
