What will you do?

• Provide customer support for a leading telecommunications company
• Assist customers via phone and email with their inquiries
• Resolve service-related questions efficiently and professionally
• Troubleshoot basic account and service issues

• Work closely with colleagues to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions
• No sales responsibilities

Candidate profile

• Native-level Danish language skills, both written and spoken
• Good written and spoken English
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Previous customer service experience is an advantage
• Comfortable using computers and multiple systems
• Good organisational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Valid work permit for Cyprus if you are not an EU citizen
