We are looking for a Danish speaking Accountant in Copenhagen!
Our client is looking for an experienced Accountant for their office in Denmark. Do you have an education within accounting and has minimum 4 years of experience, then we maybe have the right job for you!
What they need from you:
Native Danish language
Strong communication level of English (B2+)
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in General Ledger / bookkeeping in managing day to day accounting jobs
What you will do:
Transfer & monitor incoming & outgoing funds in different bank accounts
Post bank incoming and outgoing bank transactions in accounting software & reconile the records on daily & monthly basis
Analyse bank transactions and perform multiple banks accounts & intercompany reconciliations
Reconcile intercompany bank transfer accounts with Norway
Make payments to bank, suppliers and 3 rd parties
Prepare & post journal entries in accounting software
Prepare reconciliations and finalize the accounts for reporting to management
Perform quarter / year end task
Participate in various accounting projects / inflight initiatives to streamline the process
Support in half / year end external audits
Excellent / Good hand on experience working on excel spreadsheets
Communicate with suppliers / banks / Warehouse / internal departments by telephone, e-mail or letter
