Are you looking for a new challenge as a Quality Analyst Team Lead and speak Swedish? We are seeking a Quality Analyst Team Lead for our client in Riga – for a FinTech project!

Scope of the Role:

As a Quality Team Lead, you will be the contact point for all team members, requiring excellent communication skills. You will oversee and motivate the quality team to ensure smooth operations and effective collaboration. The goal is to lead by example and engage the team to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage peak volumes of calls and tickets.
  • Track key team KPIs and address performance dips with appropriate actions.
  • Oversee and coordinate daily activities of the team.
  • Handle staffing, attrition, and hiring within the team.
  • Manage team availability, attendance, and administrative tasks.
  • Drive performance and development management for team members.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
  • Assist team members during high workload periods.
  • Plan long-term improvements for team efficiency.
  • Implement operational routines for structure and order.
  • Delegate specific customer service roles to team members.
  • Handle complaints and escalations to improve service.
  • Coordinate training needs with the QA and Training teams.

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quality management.
  • At least 18 months in your current role.
  • Excellent communication skills, with experience managing services across geographies.
  • Positive service delivery and strong customer handling abilities.
  • Ability to drive initiatives creatively with a long-term vision.
  • Familiarity with COPC standards and process improvement experience.
  • Language skills: Native Swedish and at least C1 level English.
  • Self-motivated achiever with strong problem-solving abilities.
