Main responsibilites:
Minimum 1 year in a similar role is required
Maintaining relations with assigned VIP players
Making sure ROI is proficient on assigned VIP players
Keeping in contact with players via phone, email, WhatsApp and SMS
Proactive out-reach to new and existing VIPs to maintain relationships
Monitoring the performance of VIP players and targeting to increase their performance
What are we looking for?
Minimum 1 year in a similar role is required
Service and marketing minded
Excellent written and verbal skills in English is required.
Any other language considered a plus
Ability to multitask and handle over 100+ VIP players at a time
Working hours:
Monday to Friday, 9 - 6 pm ( flexible )
