Support online customers from order to delivery, solve complex queries, and ensure top service standards. Relocation assistance includes 14 months of company-provided accommodation in fully equipped apartments.

What will you do?
Provide support for customer online orders across the entire journey, including delivery, returns, payments, and refunds
Handle sensitive customer and client information in accordance with PCI and GDPR policies
Liaise with customers, carriers, couriers, financial institutions, other CSR’s, and internal departments
Maintain the highest customer service standards
Recognize, analyze, and escalate complex problems using the Knowledge Base
Contribute to project goals in a collaborative team setting
Candidate profile
Fluent in Swedish and English
High school diploma
EU passport or existing local Portuguese work documentation
Clean criminal record
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Comfortable working rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Able to handle sensitive information with integrity
Team-oriented and goal-driven

40-hour work week with 8-hour shifts and additional lunch break, Monday to Sunday (including holidays)
