The Department:

The Acquisition Marketing Department is responsible for driving players towards the Casino brands.

Purpose of Job:

The main focus of this role will be on our new affiliate program and new casino gaming brand, and will involve identifying potential new affiliate partners, promoting our new affiliate program to them, and effectively managing the on-going relationship with existing partners.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

  • Drive the brand into new geographic regions utilising all marketing avenues available
  • Identifying new client opportunities
  • Developing and pro-actively managing a portfolio of client affiliate marketing programs ensuring you have in-depth
    understanding of the financial value of your portfolio
  • Establishing and maintaining strong client relationships through regular contact which will include face to face
    meetings, telephone and email communication
  • Acquisition, retention and activation of new affiliates and partnerships
  • Negotiating and reviewing commercial agreements with all partners
  • Analysis of campaigns, reporting ROI results & devising strategies to move forward
  • Monitoring and analysing results of all campaigns, including weekly and monthly KPI reports - Conversion rates
  • Maintain and Develop the Affiliate channel through existing and sourcing of new affiliate partners
  • Driving revenue growth and market share through developing and driving marketing strategies
  • Optimizing spend through ongoing control and optimization of ROI
  • Analyse marketing campaigns by identifying metrics and strategies for evaluating campaign success; tracking key
    performance measures; developing testing strategies; tracking key performance measures; collecting and assessing
    the relevance and quality of data;
  • Overseeing design of messaging and creative for multiple, simultaneous marketing projects
  • Marketing into new areas and in different languages
  • Proactively managing your online marketing budget
  • Developing and maintaining market leading industry knowledge of affiliate marketing to assist with delivering a top level service
  • Working with numerical data presented in a variety of reports and spread sheets
  • Management of affiliate marketing, including resource planning and performance management
  • Interacting with third party partners and vendors where required

People Management:

Once the affiliate program is up and running, you will have an opportunity to build a team

  • Transfer of Knowledge: Ensuring that your team members are on top of their game and contribute towards a positive
    working environment
  • KPI Management: Assess, complete, communicate and manage Team KPI’s
  • Honest conversations – Provide constructive conversations/Catch-up’s with team members
  • Formal One-on-One – 1 Formal monthly catch-up session with informal catch-ups during the month.
  • ESS Management: You will manage leave request from your team members
  • Performance Management: You will be having the performance discussions with your team members
  • Working in partnership with HR

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Previous experience working as Affiliate Account Manager required
  • An inspirational results orientated individual with Marketing focus
  • Proven track record of managing online and offline marketing activities across channels and markets
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to formulate and present a business case and business plan to a diverse Audience
  • Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills
  • Knowledge of online gaming products
  • Solid experience within Affiliate Marketing, Account Management and Digital Marketing
  • Fluent in English – both written and spoken
  • Proven planning and organisational skills
  • Experience with Microsoft office programs such as Excel and Word

Desirable Criteria:

  • Previous online media buying experience
  • Experience with Revenue share, CPA (Cost Per Action), CPL (Cost-Per-Lead), CPC (Cost-Per-Click) and CPM (Cost-Per-
    Mill) payment models
