Job description

We are looking for a Key Account Manager for a dynamic music-tech company in Uppsala, Sweden!

As Key Account Manager, you will be instrumental in driving sales and building long-term client relationships across international markets. You will manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, while collaborating with a passionate team dedicated to delivering the right sound and tailored music solutions to clients worldwide.

What will you do?

  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, prospecting, client meetings, offer preparation, and deal closing

  • Develop and nurture relationships with large and strategic accounts

  • Provide ongoing client care and ensure satisfaction across international markets

  • Identify and drive new business opportunities to maximize profitability for clients and the company

  • Represent the company in external meetings and presentations

  • Deliver tailored music and tech solutions that align with client goals

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth implementation and service delivery

Candidate profile

  • Minimum 2–3 years of outbound sales experience, preferably in B2B

  • Experience managing large clients/accounts

  • Previous international sales exposure

  • Background in or experience working with the retail sector is highly valued

  • Strong business acumen with a solution-oriented mindset

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to network effectively

  • Comfortable presenting and negotiating with senior stakeholders

  • Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written

  • Creative yet structured, self-driven, and results-oriented
