What will you do?
Support customers, riders, and vendors by resolving issues quickly and effectively
Handle inquiries with empathy and professionalism in German and English
Troubleshoot daily operational challenges and escalate complex cases when necessary
Work collaboratively to achieve service KPIs (accuracy, quality, speed)
Maintain accurate documentation and follow standard processes
Contribute to a positive and fast-moving team environment
Candidate profile
Fluent in German and English (spoken and written)
1–3 years of experience in customer service, service operations, or a contact center
Strong communication skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Flexibility to work daytime, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Familiarity with CRM, ticketing, or operational tools is a plus
