What will you do?

  • Manage and expand an existing portfolio of customers

  • Accurately forecast sales opportunities based on realistic expectations

  • Build strong relationships through outbound calls and video meetings

  • Consistently meet or exceed growth and activity-based KPIs

  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in the CRM system

  • Prepare quotes and process customer orders

  • Collaborate across departments to support customer and partner success

Candidate profile

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development

  • Ambitious and results-oriented with a growth mindset

  • Strong communication skills and relationship-building ability

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and standard business software

  • Able to work full-time on a rotating weekday schedule

  • Fluent in Danish and English

Employer offers

  • Signature of a Selection Agreement to manage the final recruitment stage

  • 12-month employment contract (Uncertain Term); permanent after 2 years

  • Paid 10-day full-time training (8 hours/day)

  • Monthly gross compensation includes:

    • Base salary

    • Apartment Benefit (tax-free until 31 Dec 2026 if in company apartment)

    • Christmas and Holiday allowances (paid monthly)

    • Meal Allowance via prepaid card (tax-free, usable in various outlets)

    • Income tax (based on personal profile) and fixed 11% Social Security tax
