Join our client’s team as a Customer Account Advisor and support customers via chat and email on a wide range of topics related to their account. Enjoy a hybrid working model and a full relocation package including accommodation and flight reimbursement.

What will you do?

Provide support to our customer base via live chat and email

Review and escalate customer inquiries to superiors when required

Liaise with internal teams to resolve queries related to payments, verification, betting, and technical issues

Work in shifts covering five days from seven, including weekends and public holidays

Operate under a hybrid model with both office-based and remote work
Candidate profile

Fluent in spoken and written Danish

Good command of English

Passionate about providing excellent customer service

Strong problem-solving skills

Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends
