What You’ll Do

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through proactive calls and emails.
  • Reach out to C-level decision-makers, quickly build rapport, and assess their needs.
  • Recommend suitable Google Cloud solutions to address business challenges.
  • Manage and update customer data in Salesforce (CRM).
  • Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and quarterly targets.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and share best practices.
  • Document customer interactions to maintain clear and accurate records.

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent in Swedish (spoken and written) and strong English communication skills.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development (B2B preferred).
  • Basic understanding of cloud computing and IT concepts (Google Cloud knowledge is a plus).
  • Confident, proactive, and goal-oriented personality.
  • Comfortable working in a phone-based sales environment.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, handle challenges, and maintain professionalism.

It’s a Plus If You Have

  • 1+ years of experience in outbound sales or business development.
  • Experience with cold calling and managing a portfolio of clients.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
  • Strong business acumen and an ability to identify key decision-makers.
  • Competitive spirit and self-motivation to exceed targets.
