What will you do?

  • Conduct consultative sales conversations with inbound travelers

  • Identify customer needs and recommend tailored voyage solutions

  • Build strong relationships and create value through personalized guidance

  • Handle bookings from first contact to final confirmation

  • Proactively follow up on leads and maximize conversion rates

  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of destinations, products, and systems

  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and drive team performance

Candidate profile

  • Secondary education completed

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales or the travel industry

  • Experience in phone-based inbound or outbound sales

  • Familiar with Microsoft Office

  • Native-level fluency in a Nordic language and strong English skills (written and verbal)

  • Embody our clients' core values and proactive sales culture

  • Strong communication and objection-handling skills

  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and well-organized
