What will you do?

• Manage and optimize the game portfolio from an operational and strategic perspective

• Analyze key performance indicators such as GGR, conversion rates, and player activity

• Plan, implement, and evaluate in-game promotions and campaigns in collaboration with Marketing and CRM

• Monitor market trends and competitors, including benchmarking of games and providers

• Manage providers and suppliers, including billing processes and negotiation of terms

• Ensure game quality, identify malfunctions, and coordinate corrective actions

• Support regulatory requirements and compliance documentation

• Prepare reports and decision-making materials for management

• Participate in international business development initiatives and special projects

Candidate profile

• Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification, or relevant professional training

• Several years of experience within online gaming, iGaming, CRM analytics, or a similar online B2C environment

• Strong analytical and structured working style with a solution-oriented mindset

• Experience with data analysis, reporting, and performance evaluation; SQL skills are an advantage

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

• Proficient user of MS Office tools

• High sense of responsibility, accuracy, and quality awareness
