In this role, you will manage and optimize a game portfolio, analyze performance metrics, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance the overall gaming experience. You will be part of a dynamic environment where data-driven decisions and continuous improvement are key.

What will you do?

Manage and optimize the game portfolio from an operational and strategic perspective

Analyze key performance indicators such as GGR, conversion rates, and player activity

Plan, implement, and evaluate in-game promotions and campaigns in collaboration with Marketing and CRM

Monitor market trends and competitors, including benchmarking of games and providers

Manage providers and suppliers, including billing processes and negotiation of terms

Ensure game quality, identify malfunctions, and coordinate corrective actions

Support regulatory requirements and compliance documentation

Prepare reports and decision-making materials for management

Participate in international business development initiatives and special projects
Candidate profile

Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification, or relevant professional training

Several years of experience within online gaming, iGaming, CRM analytics, or a similar online B2C environment

Strong analytical and structured working style with a solution-oriented mindset

Experience with data analysis, reporting, and performance evaluation; SQL skills are an advantage

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Proficient user of MS Office tools

High sense of responsibility, accuracy, and quality awareness
