Are you enthusiastic about the tech industry and have a background in customer service or sales? We are now looking for French-speaking Live Expert to join our client's exciting projects, with a world leading tech company in Barcelona city center!
 
Profile
An exciting opportunity to join an innovative project for a global tech brand delivering world class customer service and sales support through a video call service.
 
There are three primary parts to the role. First is to provide an in-store video shopping experience for you to respond to, influence and convert customer´s sales enquiries whilst delivering an outstanding level of customer service on a one-way video call.
 
The second part is to participate in video content for the client by presenting on live events and pre-recorded videos. You will have input into scriptwriting, translating and brainstorming on content to be created to set the direction of the project.
 
Finally, you will also be required to provide support for the call centre where needed by taking inbound calls and supporting with administrative tasks.
 
You will have a positive personality and comfortable being on camera and the face of the brand. 
 
With over 100 products in the clients customised showroom, you will have a passion for technology and be self-motivated to maintain an expert level of product knowledge. You embrace change and the diverse nature of the role, willing to support in all aspects of the project.
 
Main Duties and Areas of Responsibility:
  • Demonstrate products and features on a video call
  • Increase sales and market share through your interactions
  • Increase conversion rate from query to purchase
  • Deliver excellent customer service on each call
  • Answer queries efficiently and confidently
  • Maintain an expert understanding of products
  • Merchandising, maintaining, and reporting on inventory
  • Keeping up to date with training
  • Provide market related insights and feedback
  • Presenting on public, and internal facing video content
  • Script writing and translations
  • Creating and presenting training content
  • Support for the call centre where necessary
  • Support for filming tasks as required including potential out of hours working
 
Person Specification:
  • Previous customer service and/or sales experience
  • Passion or previous work experience within technology
  • Friendly and have an engaging personality
  • Comfortable working in a training and sales environment
  • Comfortable demonstrating on a one to one and group basis
  • Comfortable working on camera
  • Personable and energetic
  • Strong communication skills
  • Self-motivated and positive
  • Eager to tackle challenges and change
