What will you do?

  • Act as the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests
  • Receive, log, and manage support tickets via phone and email
  • Provide first-line remote support for end-user devices, networks, applications, and peripherals
  • Prioritize incidents and requests based on business impact and urgency
  • Take ownership of user issues and provide timely updates throughout the resolution process
  • Deliver excellent customer service while following IT service management principles
  • Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge base articles

Candidate profile

  • Fluent in Finnish(C1+), Estonian(B2+), and English, both written and spoken
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
  • Previous IT support experience is an advantage, particularly with password resets, software installation, and user management
  • Basic understanding of computers, networks, software, mobile devices, and cloud technologies
  • Strong sense of responsibility and critical thinking skills
