Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Our client is seeking a motivated and dynamic Customer Support Specialist to join their team!

About the Role: As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the voice of the company, providing excellent service to customers via phone and email. You will assist customers with air and rail travel bookings, rebookings, cancellations, and hotel accommodations. Your goal will be to ensure that each customer has a smooth and stress-free journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.
  • Assist with new bookings, rebookings, and cancellations for air, rail, and hotel services.
  • Offer personalized solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Process customer data efficiently and accurately.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Danish (C1 or C2 level) and proficiency in English (B2 level).
  • A customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to different situations.
  • A clear criminal background check is required.
