​Victor Paiter is working as an International Recruiter from our Tallinn Office. Born and raised in the heat of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, he moved with his wife to Tallinn in 2022. He studied Sports Science in college and worked as Personal Trainer for some time until he realized that this was not a fit -pun intended- for him. Then started looking for positions where he could help people in a different way. Because of this, he has gotten a background in Customer Support and Sales and transitioned to HR at the beginning of 2022 working as an International Recruiter for Latin America. He speaks Portuguese, English, and he’s learning more Spanish at the moment.

 

Victor defines himself as a calm, friendly and empathetic person who loves listening to music, being around loved ones, traveling and watching movies/series. He always loved all kinds of sports, both playing and watching them. He’s a former Professional Swimmer and his favorite sports are Football, American Football, Tennis and Basketball.
